Placing the order was smooth and I didn’t really have any issues there. The only thing was the shipping updates felt a little slow, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. Other than that, all good

I needed a few replacement parts for my nanrobot scooter and was kind of in a hurry to get it sorted. Some of the parts were on the site, but not everything I needed was in stock, so I had to keep checking back. It worked out okay, but I really wish the parts were easier to find and get when you need them

I really wanted to like this, but mine broke way sooner than I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, "sorry to hear that, but it may just be normal wear," which was disappointing. For the price, I was hoping it would last a lot longer.

Support was really helpful with my scooter issue. They got back to me fast, kept things simple, and gave me the info I needed without making me jump through hoops. It felt like they actually cared, and I think it’s only fair to give credit when a company treats people the right way

My snap judgment after riding it: this thing has good power. The motor feels strong and handles hills better than I expected. It can be a little uneven right from a stop sometimes, but once you get rolling, it has plenty of push. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I picked this scooter up for my daily commute to work, and overall it does the job well. It rides fine and gets me where I need to go, so no major complaints there. The annoying part was dealing with support when I had a question, they did eventually respond, but it took longer than I expected. So it’s been a decent experience, just not perfect.

The scooter itself rides well, so no real complaints there. But when it comes to carrying it around, it’s not as easy as I expected. It’s heavier than it looks, and lifting it into my car or up stairs gets old fast. Feels like the goalposts kind of moved from “portable” to “portable if you don’t mind struggling a bit.”

The scooter did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the box looked like it had been through a lot. One corner was wet and banged up, which definitely didn’t make me feel great. Thankfully nothing major was broken, just a few scuffs, but I had to basically force myself to be patient and go over everything slowly before I could even relax. The scooter itself seems fine, but the delivery/packaging could definitely be handled better.

The brakes stop the car fine for normal driving, but they feel a little weak when I’m going downhill, which doesn’t give me a ton of confidence. I also wasn’t thrilled that when I called to ask about it, I kept getting transferred around instead of getting a clear answer. Overall, they’re just okay.

The scooter itself is fine once it’s actually charged, but the charging time has been more annoying than I thought it would be. I wasn’t expecting it to be lightning fast or anything, but reading between the lines, this is one of those things that sounds manageable until you’re dealing with it every day.
I’ll plug it in overnight and still find myself thinking about the battery before I go anywhere, which kind of defeats the convenience for me. For the price, I expected it to fit into my routine a little better. It’s not a bad scooter, just frustrating in a way I didn’t fully expect

I’ve owned a couple scooters before, but this one surprised me. The top speed is seriously impressive, and it gets up there way quicker than my last one. Really fun ride.

I’ve had this scooter for about a week or so now, and overall I’m happy with it. It feels solid, rides smoothly, and the build quality seems good for what you pay. I did notice a small rattle after maybe 3 or 4 days, but it hasn’t been a big deal so far. Not perfect, but I’d say it’s a good scooter overall.

I bought my Nanrobot mostly for getting to and from work, and overall the battery has been reliable for that. I wouldn’t say I’m getting the full advertised range, but i kind of expected that since I’m not exactly cruising at the slowest speed the whole time.
The charging does take longer than I’d like, which can be a little frustrating if I forget to plug it in early. But for regular daily use, it’s been dependable enough, and to me it feels like a solid 4-star scooter.

I ordered from nanrobot.com trying to start a return was way more frustrating than I expected 😕. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get basic answers.
For something this big, the return process should be easy to understand from the beginning. Instead, it felt slow, stressful, and just not worth dealing with. After that experience, I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I was fully prepared to spend a week obsessively checking tracking like that would make it arrive sooner, but of course the scooter showed up faster than I expected. Tracking updated fine, the box wasn’t crushed into modern art, and everything looked good when it got here

On smooth roads, the scooter feels perfectly fine, almost like everything is going to be great. But the moment the bumps show up, the drama begins. After a while, they start to feel harsh, and the seat only does so much to save the ride. I was hoping for a little more comfort on longer trips. It’s not terrible by any means, but it’s definitely not the cozy cruising experience I imagined

The suspension feels genuinely smooth, and it handles bumps much better than my old scooter. It makes the ride feel more comfortable and controlled, which is nice for everyday use

I’m giving this 2 stars mostly because putting it together was such a hassle. The instructions were kinda unclear, and a few pieces just did noooot want to line up at first. It took me way longer than I planned, and I ended up having to look things up myself just to figure it out. Once it was finally assembled, it was okay, but the whole setup process reallyyyyy ruined the first impression for me.
